This Site (“Site”) is owned and published by the Responsible Debt Relief Institute, (“RDRI”). Following are the Terms and Conditions required by RDRI of “Users” who enter, view, browse, and operate (“Use”) the Site. Please read carefully.
Users are not permitted to Use this Site unless Users acknowledge and consent to these Terms and Conditions. If a User does not agree, then User may not make use of the site and RDRI requests that the User leave the site and not re-enter it. RDRI has the right to add, delete, modify, and otherwise alter these Terms and Conditions for Use of the Site at any time and for any reason. RDRI is not required to give any User prior or individual notice of modifications and any changes to the Site. Each User who from time to time continues to visit the Site agrees to any changes and other alterations made to the Site. RDRI maintains a strict policy toward any personal information that is collected during the course of visiting the RDRI Site. This Site contains a Privacy Policy page that explains the restricted use of information obtained during the Use of this Site.
This Site is published to support the mission and activities of RDRI and to promote the patent-pending Responsible Debt Relief “RDR”(sm) algorithmic software and related programs and services that estimate consumer debt capacity as well as to assist consumers and their families in financial distress. The Site is intended to provide information about RDR(sm) Responsible Debt Relief programs and activities and to facilitate communications with consumers, researchers, policy-makers and financial services providers about new advances in RDR(sm) Responsible Debt Relief research, services, and activities regarding consumer debt capacity, loan underwriting, and debt assistance.
RDRI does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any of the information available on this Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the information is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of fitness for any particular purpose.
Each User agrees to abide by certain restrictions and to avoid certain activities while using this Site. Each and every User agrees to be truthful in all of their relations with RDRI and its agents and associates. Each and every User agrees not to do any of the following under any circumstances:
• transmit or otherwise make available any information that is false
• threaten, harass, or invade the rights of any person or entity
• give a false identity, impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent affiliation with any person or entity
• post promotional materials, solicit participants and/or Users of the Site
• destroy, disrupt, damage, or otherwise impair any part of the Site
• collect or store personal data about other Users
Each User agrees not to use the Site in any way that, intentionally or unintentionally, violates any applicable local, state, national or international law governing use of the Site.
Except with prior signed, written agreement from the Responsible Debt Relief Institute, no User is authorized or permitted to:
• create compilations or derivative works of the Site
• use the Site or any other materials from the Site in any manner that infringes upon any copyright, intellectual property right, proprietary right, or property right of RDR or any third parties
• remove, disable, defeat or change any functionality or appearance of the Site
• decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software or use monitoring or robot software to determine the site architecture
• use any automatic or manual process to harvest information from the Site
• use the Site for the purpose of gathering information for or transmitting unsolicited commercial email
In no event will RDRI or its affiliates be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special or other consequential damages for any use of or reliance upon the information found at this web site, including, but not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data, even if RDRI is advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Site may include links to Sites owned or operated by third parties. RDRI makes no representations or warranties about the sites or their owners. RDRI has no control over the content of these sites and is not responsible for subsequent relationships or activities that arise from visiting these sites. You are strongly encouraged to review the terms of use and privacy policies for these respective sites.
Users have a temporary, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access this site and review the information contained herein. No other property right, title, or interest in the Site is granted or conveyed. No right of ownership, management, control, or possession of any intellectual property, including, but not limited to, brand, logos, designs, trademarks, service marks, names, titles, images, copyrights and other proprietary materials owned, registered, licensed, and otherwise controlled by RDRI. Any unauthorized use of RDRI information, intellectual property, and other exclusive content provide by RDRI is strictly prohibited.
Each User who communicates with RDRI acknowledges and agrees that he or she is inviting and permitting RDRI to contact User, and RDR may contact User directly by mail, email, or telephone and other means at RDRI’s discretion. A User may withdraw the permission by written communication delivered to RDRI. RDRI has no obligation or duty to share information communicated by a User with any third parties, and it will do so at its exclusive discretion. Unless an attorney-client relationship is created between them, RDRI has no duty to communicate with User. RDRI may suggest that Users seek a consultation with a licensed attorney to discuss personal financial situations since RDRI does not offer legal advise. In some limited situations, RDRI may receive a small fee for assisting Users that request a free consultation with a bankruptcy attorney to partially compensate RDRI for the costs of financial education, staff resources, and information technology services required in the process of assisting these Users.
RDRI may from time to time alter the Site or take all or part of it off of the internet, permanently or for a limited period of time to be determined exclusively by RDRI. If the Site is altered or taken off of the internet, RDRI may choose to delete any of the information that has been submitted by any User. RDRI assumes no duty or future responsibility to retain any information obtained during the course of Using the Site. User agrees that information is provided to RDRI at User’s sole risk. User agrees to be responsible for maintaining copies of any information submitted to RDRI. User agrees that RDR shall not be liable to User or any third party for any alteration, suspension or termination of access to the Site.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and RDRI and governs User’s use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between User and RDRI. User also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when User uses or purchases certain other services, affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software. User agrees that RDRI may amend or modify the Site and this Agreement at any time and for any purpose, and User waives notice and releases RDRI from any duty to supply notice, whether legal or equitable, express or implied.
